About Joyful Cookie Company

For as long as I can remember, baking has been a passion of mine. I would find any excuse to whip up a batch of warm cookies or try my hand at a new decadent dessert.  During the Christmas season of 2010, I decided to put this passion to good use and conducted a bake sale to support mission work in Guatemala that my husband and I are a part of.  Not only were we able to raise a great deal of money for the ministry, but many of my cookie customers encouraged me to turn this into a true business.

In the spring of 2011, Joyful Cookie Company was born and began selling gourmet cookies. The PB Original (a recipe I adapted from a favored family recipe) was the big hit of the Guatemala bake sale and became the main inspiration for the rest of the cookie creations you find here. All the cookies are baked fresh daily, contain no preservatives and are made from natural premium ingredients. Not only are they flourless, they are also rich in whole grains and fiber.
